Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement.
- The replacement request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Replacement
- Eligibility:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
- Process:
- Email us at littradeindia@gmail.com with the subject line “Replacement Request – Order ID [Your Order ID]”.
- Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue.
- Alternatively, you can call or WhatsApp us at +91-8882655294 for assistance.
- Approval:
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the replacement process.
Refunds
We do not offer direct refunds unless a replacement is unavailable. In such cases:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions
We do not process replacements for:
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Products purchased under clearance or special sales unless explicitly mentioned.
